These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cloud Escape app and website ("Cloud Escape", "the App"), operated by Muhammad Umar ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Cloud Escape you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What Cloud Escape Does
Cloud Escape is a puzzle game made of levels. You send clouds (or snakes) along their routes without letting any of them be blocked, using four lives per try, with free hints and undo. The app works offline and keeps your progress on your own device.
2. Not Medical Advice
Cloud Escape is a game made for relaxation and enjoyment. It is not a medical or therapeutic product and makes no health claims. It is no substitute for professional medical, psychological or wellbeing advice.
3. No Account Needed
You can use all of Cloud Escape without creating an account. Your progress is stored on your own device and may be lost if you delete the App, reset your progress or change phones.
4. Levels, Lives & Progress
Levels, completions, lives and unlocks are for your own enjoyment. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and we may adjust or correct them (for example to fix errors or rebalance a level in an update).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) try to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or its services; or (c) copy, scrape or republish the levels, artwork or sounds at scale.
6. Third-Party Services
Cloud Escape is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and this website is hosted on Vercel. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for how Cloud Escape itself handles information.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, levels, artwork, sounds and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use.
8. Termination
You can stop using Cloud Escape at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or end access to this website if you break these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
